Audrey Hoffer is a Washington-based freelance writer. She’s a regular contributor to the Washington Post, writing about real estate, neighborhoods, new developments, art, design and travel.
In June 2016 she won two Honorable Mention awards for feature writing in the annual contest sponsored by the National Association of Real Estate Editors; and, in June 2015 she won a Silver or second-place award for feature writing.
Her articles are also published in the New York Times, Monocle magazine and other publications.
She has a masters degree from Yale University’s School of Forestry & Environmental Studies and a bachelors from the City College of New York.
